Sundowner II 126 is a mountain getaway for all. It's a two story, TOP FLOOR, CORNER UNIT and features a gas fireplace, dedicated ski closet, and a private balcony with mountain views. This home provides ample space for families, children of all ages, and couples alike! With the top floor/corner location, the unit is very private and quiet (no units above you!).
The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with mountain views and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8! A new desk and dining table offer ample seating for all guests. Enjoy all of the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can experience the on-site Sundowner II amenities, which include a hot tub and BBQ area. Guests also have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs (open mid-November through mid-April and mid-June through early-September).
Sundowner II is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge, walkable to Main Street (5 minute walk) shops and restaurants, where numerous festivals and events are held throughout the year. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the Snowflake ski lift (which provides access to Peaks 8 & 9) and has Ski-In access via 4 O'Clock Run (across the street), giving quick and easy access to the slopes and allowing guests to avoid long lines at the base of the mountain. Parking available for one vehicle in the underground garage. Additional vehicles may park off-site.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We purchased this condo to use as a getaway to relax and enjoy the mountains. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Chandler prefers to ski while Anne likes to snowboard, shop and après ski, and the Sundowner II is one of the best locations in Breckenridge.
